On March 5, 2021 you will begin your journey for a career in tech! We look forward to introducing you to critical new skills that will help prepare you for a starting position in the tech world. Please see below for some important information about the Bootcamp.

What you need to know!

What You Need: A laptop, tablet, or desktop PC with an internet connection. Also, a good dose of passion and determination to keep studying with us. No prior knowledge is required.

Time Commitment: 

This is a four weeks long bootcamp, you can join online or offline and still get a 100% learning experience. Thanks to Github and other sponsors on campus; Microsoft Learn Student Community Unizik, Ingressive for Good, Google Developer Student Clubs Unizik and Faraday; it is completely free. Certification is optional and you will be required to pay NGN3000 if you are interested in getting certified at the end of the Bootcamp. The program is specifically designed to fit into your schedule, so you can choose when to learn but you will have to join us during the live meet-up events virtually or physically. You will need to dedicate at least 12 hours a week to be successful.

How It Works: 

You will learn during this bootcamp through a range of formats; recorded and live video sessions, training modules and chat with your tutors, mentors and peers. Each week, you will do an assignment and the tutor will assess your work. If you fall behind, you have a week to catch up on your assignment. If you fall behind after that, you will be required to stop the program and join us next year.
